Located in Erbil City, historically known as Arbela, our Khafaf Law firm is the largest and most populous city in the KRI The city’s rich history traces back to the 5th millennium BC, rendering it one of the world’s oldest continuously inhabited areas. At its heart lies the ancient Citadel of Erbil and Mudhafaria Minaret. The earliest historical reference to the region dates back to the Third Dynasty of Ur in Sumer when King Shulgi mentioned the city of Urbilum.
